About me
Kim O'Neil graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2004 with a degree in Fine Art. Her paintings draw attention to everyday mundane ephemera, illuminating their meanings which have become overlooked. She transforms the paper minutiae we all leave behind throughout or lives, and deaths, into gigantic hand painted monuments. Receipts and tickets are blown up to become beautiful and abstract memories, marriage certificates are focused on solemn words, perhaps now forgotten. Kim has been represented by DegreeArt.com Ltd since her degree show and her work is owned by various private and corporate collections. I'm looking for a job to supplement my art practise.
