About me

Kim is Head of Creative Technology at House 337, part of Next 15 Group. She works with some of the world's largest brands to develop their innovation ambitions and lately, AI master plans. But her career hasn't always followed a straight line to get here.
Kicking her professional life off with traditional creative practices, she eventually gave up her (much loved but not completely right) job as a Creative Director in 2018. She left to find the answer to a question: how can you tell stories in new ways

Kim now heads up innovation at House 337 - the UK's largest independent ad agency - running the Creative Tech team, overseeing digital and tech initiatives across the Creative pillar, and working with some of the largest global brands to create world-first experiential, digital and data-driven campaigns, products, and services.

As well as landing the BIMA 100 Tech Trailblazer award in 2020 and 2021, Kim's the Women in IT's Next Generation Leader of the Year, Ally of the Year, on CreativePool's 100 Industry Influencers list, and is recognised cross-industry for her impact on the technology-led world of innovation in marketing.
She works with clients like Jägermeister, Red Bull, the RAF, Costa, the Royal Navy, Sky, Santander, and many others in areas that make use of the latest developments, like AI, experiential interfaces, and any way a story can be better told through technology.

By night she's a dedicated mentor, volunteering with foundations such as the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and multiple coding schools to help young people and those less privileged break into the world of tech. Kim also cofounded and directed Empowerhack, a 600-strong volunteer organisation dedicated to creating tech solutions to support women and girl refugees in need.
Kim has recently gone public about her diagnosis of autism, and is working to champion the #openlyautistic movement via Neurodiversity in Business that seeks to bring visibility to high powered industry leaders who live and thrive with autism.
