About me
Kieron is a global experience design leader, creative strategist and interaction designer helping define what brands, products and services become in the AI era.
In his current global role at Huge, he leads teams across markets, oversees outbound growth initiatives and partners directly with C-suite clients to shape, sell and deliver transformative experience-led work. His role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology and business growth: identifying new opportunities, raising creative ambition and helping organisations imagine the next generation of customer, brand and product experiences.
An interaction designer at heart, Kieron has spent more than 17 years designing how people connect with brands, services and technology. His belief is simple: great experiences do not just look good; they change behaviour, create value and build lasting relationships between people and businesses.
Across his career, Kieron has worked with some of the world's most recognised and ambitious brands, including Google, Ferrari, Selfridges, British Airways, American Express, Warner Bros., Wizarding World, Verizon, Vodafone, Sky, RBS/NatWest and Nothing. More recently, he has helped shape and launch work with On Running, SharkNinja and The Ring Magazine.
What sets Kieron apart is his ability to move fluently between vision and execution. He can inspire creative teams, challenge senior clients, sell complex transformation and still hold the craft of the experience to a high standard. He brings together human-centred design, commercial judgement and deep technical literacy, underpinned by a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and an MSc in Human Centred Computer Systems.
At Huge, Kieron is helping push the agency toward the future of Intelligent Experiences: experiences born from AI-native design, data and technology. His focus is not simply on using AI to make work faster or cheaper, but on using it to create experiences that are smarter, more adaptive, more personal and more valuable.
As a leader, Kieron builds teams that combine imagination with rigour. He creates the conditions for designers, strategists, researchers and technologists to do the best work of their careers, while keeping them focused on outcomes that matter: customer value, brand differentiation and business growth.
Kieron is also an active voice in the wider design and creative community. He has spoken at industry events including SoDA, UX London and EUROIA, judged and supported awards and organisations including MUX, BIMA and the AdCouncil, and won numerous awards across his career.
Kieron represents the kind of creative leader the industry needs now: someone who understands craft, operates at board level, builds global teams and helps clients navigate profound technological and cultural change. His leadership is focused on a bigger question: not how technology changes design, but how design makes technology matter.
