About me

I am a recent graduate of Huddersfield University School of Art & Design having completed a BA (Hons) Degree in Creative Imaging (Advertising) with a Third Class Degree. Due to illness, I had to re-take my final year at the University and this unfortunately only allows candidates to achieve 40% overall. The grades I received for the modules taken are at a B grade.

I am an enthusiastic and conscientious worker with excellent time keeping skills. I am a good team player, but can also work independently effectively. I feel that I have good initiative and can communicate my ideas well.

I am interested in Graphic Design positions, focused mainly within advertising. I have experience in developing and creating design concepts and I have excellent design skills.

I have abilities in most design software packages and I also have excellent IT skills. I am suitable for a post in Graphic Design as I have the necessary creative talents and abilities to create effective advertising campaigns, along with their concepts. I also feel that I am a skilled designer who can think around a concept to create design solutions which best suit the product/service. I feel that I also have the necessary enthusiasm and time management skills to complete work to deadlines and schedules in line with concept planning. I am also familiar with the use of GANTT charts.
