I'm a highly versatile and experienced Creative Director/Writer & Verbal Identity (TOV) specialist with a passion for fusing consumers and brands together by creating visual and verbal conversations that excite, engage and enrich everyone.
My skills are based in brand focused customer-centric engagement across numerous disciplines including customer recruitment & acquisition, customer retention and loyalty. I have worked across a wide range of sectors including B2C, B2B, Retail, Financial Services, FMCG, Charity, as well as a wealth of new challenger brands. I have led, inspired, motivated and mentored writers and creative departments from 15 up to 50 people as well as building long standing business relationships with clients' at all levels.
