I have a proven track record of delivering research to launch, improve and measure tax and legal products. I have led specialised teams and managed agencies for larger scale product delivery work. This included tax related products for business tax obligation, VAT for EU products, managing intellectual property, the adoption of earth observation data for reducing carbon footprints and designing the internal GenAI tool for the UK and NSE.
Over the course of four major GenAI product releases, I designed, tested, and iterated an internal and external B2B bespoke ChatGPT and Gemini-based GenAI multi-modal tool for UK and NSE businesses and established a customer panel with over 100 users.
I increased return users and adoption by 20% over 12 months by defining the productivity and adoption metrics. The metrics were based on qualitative and quantitative feedback and analytics reporting onboarding, UI, accessibility, and feature validation. The metrics then defined an automated dashboard cutting the manual reporting effort from days to hours.
