About me
I am Kevin Buenviaje, a 3D technical artist. I love 3D works; anything that is related to 3D - form modeling, texturing, UV mapping. I enjoy new things, like the latest software updates available in the market. I am also open to learning recently developed programs that speed up my workflow.
- Able to create a new pipeline for the artist to make their workflow more efficient
- Able to adapt and create a procedural workflow to save repetitive task
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot 3D mesh problems such as flipped normals and overlapping mesh
- Able to optimize scene for unnecessary data that is processing in the background for faster rendering and optimize
data in games
- Able to know what is good topology and bad topology for games and in films, in terms of assets and deforming mesh
- Has a good grasp of 3d space and PBR textures both for rendering and real-time render
- Able to create 3D procedural terrain and 3D procedural assets
- Able to clean up motion capture animation and tweak animation for games and film
- Solving problems in terms of creating new workflow or bridging and exporting data to other software
- Can communicate with both artist and developers to solve problems and solutions to the pipeline
