To whom it may concern

I am currently freelancing as a traffic manager at Xerox, where I previously worked.

My previous role here was as the Studio Workflow Manager at Xerox Global. I worked mostly on large banking clients. I oversaw a team of 6 traffic managers, a DAM librarian and a pre-press specialist.

I have 15 years experience in the industry, from hands on artwork, to running a full Creative Services team. I have worked in both South Africa and the UK, for small agencies and large multi-nationals.

I do everything from manual workflow, database workflow, project management, account management, workload forecasting, resource management, quality control and financial management/reporting. I even occasionally jump on a mac, if artwork is where the bottleneck lies. I handle all stewards enquiries with regard to quality control and SLA escalations.

I have exceptional work ethic and my abilities are outstanding.
