A proven project manager that is currently leading the Medicare Break Even Project and Value Based Purchasing initiative, with an emphasis on cutting cost through supply chain and operational activities. Combining quality with quantitative analytic to deliver presentations of strategy to all levels within the health system. With a goal of cutting 80 million dollars in 4 years, I have been able to cut 10 million dollars out of the operating budget of 4 hospitals in the first year and am currently consulting with the ten other hospitals and their opportunities through contract management, supply chain and carrying cost as well as staffing and training initiatives
