About me

I graduated in 2009 with a 1st Class honors in Illustration and have been working as a freelance designer since 2008, during which I have conceived and completed jobs for Portsmouth City Council, The Hampshire Constabulary and the University of Portsmouth.

I have recently been made redundant from my job TUI travel PLC due to the role being relocated and merged with another role in the US. My responsibilities whilst in this role included designing and creating direct marketing pieces, promotional products, advertising campaigns, graphics and illustrations for web and print using DTP packages such as MSOffice (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and and Adobe CS (illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop).

I was also involved with the proofing and flight-checking of artwork as well as aiding in the production of brochures and conceiving brand concepts through to completion whilst liaising with the rest of the marketing and global team to sell one of the worlds largest FMCG brands. Prior to this role, I worked a part time role for the Aspex gallery, creating POS, advertising and promotional materials as well as general gallery maintenance.
