About me

I am an Environment & Texture Artist who is available for work in a full-time position, capable of 3D modeling, unwrapping and texturing with an understanding of PBR and can achieve AAA results that resemble the real world with the use of Autodesk Maya, Substance Designer and Substance Painter.

As you will see from my resume, I have been fortunate to have worked in countries beyond the United Kingdom. I enjoy pushing myself to be outside of my comfort zone and experiencing different cultures and lifestyles. I feel this has helped me to become a better person with wider world views, which in turn also helps me push myself as an artist.

Being an Environment & Texture Artist is a passion of mine and one that continues to grow exponentially. I am a fanatic for details and am constantly referencing the real world. I now find myself analysing everything I see and breaking it down in my mind, trying to establish how one would create such things using the software packages that I am experienced with.

My journey so far has given me exposure working in a AAA studio on a Ubisoft First Person Shooter. My time spent working on this game allowed me to focus on materials and learn optimisation techniques to maintain our budget. I also assisted in Level Art aspects whenever possible to ensure our team achieved deadlines on time. This was a memorable and valuable experience, one filled with industry veterans and people from all over the world. The short deadlines allowed me to witness game development from conception phase, all the way to launch.

I feel that I could be a valuable asset to your team and I hope that my work ethic and personality can be a welcome addition to your team. I understand what is expected of me when it comes to work, but I am also very easy going, approachable and very able to bring a breath of fresh air and laughter into the office.
