About me
I have 3 years of Graphic design experience. I started out as a Design Apprentice with ITV which I completed and gained a level 3 diploma in Creative & Digital Media. From then on I was kept on within the same team for an extra 3 months and was asked by production to go into freelancing for them to work on The Voice UK.
Working on appeals and campaigns gave me the chance to not only use the ITV brand but also external brand guidelines such as Papa Johns, The National Lottery, Save The Children, Macmillan and many more. I'm very used to working on 4-6 projects at a time to strict deadlines.
My skills lie in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and hand drawn illustration. I usually prepare templates for future designs as well as formatting logos, resizing images for social media, flyer design, product design, business card designs, converting colour modes between CMYK and RGB and creating assets to use across a variety of projects.
In my spare time I create hand drawn illustrations for both my own personal use as well as working on commission pieces. My love of music and design collided a few months ago when I was asked to create a cover for a band for their new single. Crazy to see my artwork on Spotify and iTunes! What's even crazier is that a few people have my designs tattooed on them! Detail means the world to me in anything I do and I will never not be proud of these.
I am now looking to further my career in design on a full time basis. I'm looking forward to gaining new skills as well as grow my existing ones.
