About me
Kevin David and Levis Novaes are the duo behind KeLe, a pair of Creative Directors who have spent the past decade reshaping the creative industry with a singular approach, blending aesthetic excellence, conceptual depth, and lasting cultural impact.
Their journey began in 2015 as co-founders of MOOC, a pioneering Black creative collective in Brazil. MOOC became a launchpad for independent businesses, award-winning projects, and a new way of thinking about creativity and advertising. Celebrated by GQ, Forbes, and FFW, and honored at Cannes Lions, the Webby Awards, Anuário do Clube de Criação, and other major festivals, MOOC opened doors for an entire generation of creative professionals, especially Black talents in advertising and beyond.
Throughout this journey, Kevin and Levis led cultural and strategic initiatives for brands such as Nike, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Budweiser, Natura, Converse, L'Oréal, Nestlé, and Santander, serving as creative minds, cultural consultants, and storytellers.
Also, they created the Jantar Preto (that means "Black Dinner" in Portuguese), the first premium experience for black professionals within the Brazilian creative economy.
Over the past two years, KeLe has served on juries such as Cannes Lions, Wired Festival CreativeX, Effie Awards Brazil and the Clube de Criação Yearbook. They were also recognized among the 100 most influential Black people in Lusophony by Bantumen Powerlist100, and as professionals building a more diverse, inclusive industry aligned with Brazilian values and cultural expressions by Youpix Builders.
In 2025, Kevin David & Levis Novaes, aka KeLe, were named Creative Directors at Le Pub São Paulo, furthering their vision that extends beyond advertising to other sectors of the creative industry.
