About me

I first picked up a camera aged nine. When a career in Engineering took my life in another direction it seemed that my first love might never be realised.

But a breakthrough moment came when first I saw an image emerge in a darkroom developing tray, this re-ignited the spark and my determination to become a Photographer. I haven't looked back since.

My engineering background helps to form a structured style that lends itself to images based on four principles - colour, detail, dynamic space and narrative.

Whilst a passion for architecture & interior design informs my current work, a commercial eye has allowed me to work with a variety of clients on a diverse series of projects.

The key to my success is a focus on every part of the process - from connecting with my clients, understanding the brief to image capture and post-production.

I have a real passion for creating images, and never tire of the journey.
