Responsible for all aspects of studio operational capability for APS Group & Origin across England

Utilise current and new technological solutions to solve client specific requirements/briefs along with coordinating best in class services through the studio teams. Lead the efforts of the studio teams through leadership and direction and effective use of efficient business models and processes.

Key Deliverables:

- Act as the agencies lead contact on all studio operational deliverability and associated technology (solutions)

- Define efficient working practices and scheduling of work across all studio locations, including workflow definition/management and deadline management

- Provide supervisory and management functions for mentoring, training, hiring, and evaluating studio teams - define a standard to be adopted and followed

- Understand pre-press and production requirements for day to day activity and define regular automation/improvements through
