About me

To whom it may concern,

I wish to be considered for the position of Graphic Designer.

As a driven, highly competent and creative designer I have established myself as the "go-to-guy" in our studio. When a job is needed tomorrow, minus a brief, and to a tight budget, I use my 14 years of design studio experience to deliver the job on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction. I enjoy every aspect of the process and take great pride in ensuring that our clients are satisfied and that we have achieved our primary goals. As lead designer I oversee and contribute to every aspect of the design process, as well as sourcing external finishing costs.

My broad skills base includes very strong art direction, copywriting skills and a love of advertising.. I pride myself on being a great communicator and possess a friendly

outgoing manner. I believe that good communication on all levels lies at the heart of every successful campaign, be it big or small.

My current employer has a client base that includes many well known transportation, manufacturing and materials handling companies and their respective associations. I have recently overseen the design aspects for the MACH (Manufacturing Technologies) 2016 exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, UK. This included, B2B brochures, e-marketing campaigns and pre-exhibition and exhibition graphics. This last 12 months I have also worked on events for East Coast, Transport for London and Cargotec.

I am equally adept working on logo branding, right through to large exhibition graphics and I am used to working on my own initiative and to very tight deadlines.

I am looking to relocate to the Cambridgeshire area, as soon as possible for personal reasons. I have lasting relationships and connections with printers in the Birmingham/Luton/Milton Keynes areas. I would appreciate your consideration of my credentials.
