We are a full-service branding, comms and creative design agency, founded in London in 2000.

Over the years the team has grown to include experts in every aspect of communications, marketing and design and client numbers have grown – from membership associations and multi-brand food corporations, to telecoms and wireless businesses, construction and events SMEs, not-for-profit and public sector organisations.

And while you might expect a dynamic agency like Kava to be located in a big city, you’ll now find our headquarters nestled in the rolling hills of the beautiful Cotswolds in Gloucestershire where you are welcome to join us for a cuppa on the famous pink sofa and chat through your comms and creative projects or take us through your portfolio.

We value long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers in order to build a sustainable working practice. We’re proud of our commitments to charities, community projects and providing work experience for those starting out. We avoid wasting natural resources and we use 100% green web hosting.

Our expenses are transparent – we don’t mark-up costs or add agency commission. We’re signed up to the Prompt Payment Code so our freelancers and suppliers are happy.

All our point-of-contact account managers multi-task so they share in the creativity and crafting of our work. Your account handler may also be running your press, managing social media accounts, copywriting, art directing or designing. You also have access to the wider team if you want it. By immersing ourselves in your world we bring deep understanding, advantageous connections and valuable insights which inform and enhance your communications and brand.

Many of our clients benefit from our integrated service where we build a strategy through positioning and branding exercises; developing messaging and following through with content, communications, PR, social media and events management, supported with bespoke digital and print collateral.

Other clients pick and mix – choosing services as and when they need. A brochure, a website, a case study, a rebrand or a standalone campaign.

We have our own internal team brand providing a framework for colleagues to have full say in the direction of the company, driving standards and reputation, and invested in the future of our business.
