About me

As a Fine Art graduate I am very familiar with working with a large variety of different media. As well as being confident with different art practices. I'd consider myself having a wide knowledge of all areas of art. I have been widening my skills in all areas since leaving university by assisting a number of artists, all using varying medias. I am very motivated and enthusiastic about my work with good organization skills and am able to meet tight deadlines. I have needed to combine my people skills with my enthusiasm to use my artist ability with my initiative to be trusted deal with tasks, as well as work as part of a team, in a number of given situations. I am methodical in the way I work, whatever the work may entail and I take pride in doing any job to the best of my ability. I am a fast, willing learner and am very keen to learn new skills in all areas that would enable me to develop my career. I have produced a number of group exhibitions, both at university and since leaving. I am confident working with members of the public, through both my time working at Debenhams and by working with Artist Jamie McCartney & Julie-Anne Gilbert in which interaction with members of the public plays a big part. I've been enthused from working in a sculpture studio using film processes and as a display design consultant at 'Merlin Displays', from the progression of creating a project in the workshop to the final installation.
