About me

Currently I'm full time employed at TLG Brands as an Ecommerce customer service assistant. Within this role I need: Administration skills, a polite and helpful phone manner, time management, team building experience, prioritising and organisational skills as well as: IT knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.

On a daily basis I am in contact with the customers via phone and email, as well as other companies who stock our products, allowing us to give the best service possible to our audience. I also deal with many office programmes such as Magento and Access to process the web orders and deliveries. Since being there we have had a very positive feedback about our Customer Service, which indicates our hard efforts.

As a graduate in Photography - with a second-class honours upper division, I have: key knowledge in: visual communication, Adobe programmes, working well within a team, meeting deadlines and having time management. Throughout my degree I was also doing a lot of work experience outside of the university. Which has given me a lot of extra education in the gallery and public world.

Experience is key to this role, and I have the knowledge to be able to achieve what is expected and more. As well as my Ecommerce role at TLG Brands and my degree, I had a summer placement in 2013 within the Marketing field in Bristol Museum and Art Gallery. I attended: meetings to discuss further actions of projects, press calls, private views and events as well as talks done by the gallery themselves, which I also photographed for the website and other publications to market what is available.

Also within the marketing team I used social networking as a way to reach targeted audiences. Recently being on a Microsoft Digital Media course, I have learned a lot more valuable skills to be able to push this forward. I know a lot more programmes, which allow you to target certain audiences as well as being able to post adverts on networks such as Facebook and how to manage them for a successful advertisement.

Further on, I also have owned my personal website () where I updated information, imagery, and experience. Not only this but I have also updated MShed (Bristol Gallery) website with imagery and writing to inform my audience (even though this was template I can also use coding, HTML). I was also 'Bristol Museum Volunteering' on Facebook where I would keep the volunteers updated on events, jobs available etc. Adding to this as part of Young Arnolfini I also update the blogs and Facebook page where we also advertise the events and projects/jobs available to Young people in and around Bristol.

I have been a leader numerous times for different projects such as: Young Arnolfini, UWE and Milestones Creative Club and various exhibitions. As a leader :I initiate tasks to do, so I am very enthusiastic, have initiative and am used to prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
