About me
I'm Marketing Director at Harding, the only retailer in the world dedicated entirely to cruise. I lead our marketing strategy across a global fleet of 80+ ships, overseeing everything from print and digital onboard guest communications to building Harding's external profile within the travel retail, mainstream retail and cruise industries.
I also work closely with brand partners to develop creative onboard activations that drive sales while enhancing the guest experience- turning retail into a memorable part of holidays at sea.
My career has always been rooted in travel retail. Before joining Harding, I spent several years with World Duty Free in airport retail, and earlier worked on the landlord side at BAA Airports. That mix of experience across retailer and airport environments has shaped how I approach marketing, combining commercial thinking with guest- or customer-led creativity.
