About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for your position as a Graphic Designer, as I feel I have the required skills and expertise for the role.

As a Graphic and Communication Design Graduate at Middlesex University, I have knowledge and experience in all fields of design, which include booklet, journal and magazine layout, interaction and animation, branding, advertising, typography and web design.

Whilst employed at my most recent company, Touch Briefings in Farringdon, London, I gained many skills, consisting of designing and overlooking new layouts for many of the 80+ medical journals published, and adding my design flair to create potential new logos and layouts. My duties were also to sign-off journals assuring they were print-ready for production.

My role as a Graphic Designer at Paper Projects Ltd, UK's leading childrens sticker company, was to create artwork for a number of licences including Ben & Holly, Moshy Monsters, Fireman Sam, Ben 10 and Bob the Builde, to name a few. I would design a wide range of sticker sheets and packaging from client style guides.

I have also completed a freelance web design project for Togher Construction Ltd, completely rebranding the previous website and meeting with the Managing Director.

I believe I am more than suitable for this role as I have the creativity and experience, as well as dedication, motivation and reliability to make a great impact in your company.
