About me

After graduating from the University of Chester in 2009, I began working in a Graphic Design and Marketing agency based in Crewe. Throughout the two years I enhanced my design skills to produce

artwork within industry time frames at a professional standard. Dealing with clients on a daily basis,

both face to face and via email and telephone developed my communication skills and confidence.

Whilst there, I successfully demonstrated my ability to autonomously take initial briefs right the way through to publication.

I have experienced working in a media environment complying to tight newspaper deadlines. At this company there was a strong focus on web design which allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge in this particular area, learning basic HTML and best practice for both email template and web design.

I have always had a highly creative flair and enthusiasm for design which in part is down to my

active imagination. I am down to earth and have a good sense of humour which benefits not only my colleague relationships but also helps to build strong bonds with clients. I am driven, enthusiastic, and

work well under pressure balancing my workload to prioritise tasks that need to completed and ultimately achieve the best results.

I am now seeking work in the design field and am able to start with immediate effect due to my current company's closure on 15.10.12
