About me
I left the University of Brighton last summer with a first class M.Des in Woven Textiles with Business Studies. My degree included a year of placements in London and Paris with high-end woven textile designers. In the year since I graduated, I have been working for Liberty in their Furnishing Fabric department, weaving for designer Kirsty McDougall on a production commission for Nicholas Oakwell, and working at Middlesex University as a Woven Textiles Technician. I am now seeking a position which utilizes my skills and experience, and further develops my understanding of the fashion industry.

Ability to produce high quality hand-woven fabric to a tight deadline set by the client., Furnishing Fabrics Sales Assistant at Liberty, London. High level customer service and advice, placing and chasing bespoke orders, financial responsibility. Dealing diplomatically with demanding customers, persuasive selling and in-depth product knowledge.
