About me

I have a BA joint (hons) in Graphic Design & Illustration. Although I have no studio experience, I am currently working freelance for a design company in Hertfordshire. To succeed in fulfilling the freelance briefs set, I have to be committed and willing to learn fast.

Doing a joint degree was both enjoyable and challenging. Not only have I gained a wide range of skills in both Graphic Design and Illustration, I have benefited in many other ways. I learned to be committed to more than one project at a time, and to work to very demanding deadlines. I am a team player with leadership skills. The computer applications in which I am literate include Photoshop, In Design, Freehand, Illustrator and all Microsoft programs.

As I have held a management position at Yates in Lincoln for two years, I have very good organisational, time keeping and thinking skills. This position has also lead me to believe strongly in teamwork. I have very good communication skills due to extensive training and this is evident in all areas of my work. My strengths lie in enthusiasm, creativity and drive.

I will benefit your company with my ability to work hard under pressure and at the same time to contribute to the rest of the team with my good sense of humour. I hope that you will consider my application and are able to offer me the opportunity to present my portfolio in an interview.
