About me
I am a confident, self motivated person with excellent communication skills and experience managing a design team in a challenging corporate environment. I have the ability to motivate and inspire those around me through my enthusiasm and commitment. I am motivated by working efficiently, analysing systems and performance to enhance and improve working practices. Managing others in high pressure situations and working to tight deadlines means I am highly organised, thorough and able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. I have creative experience using industry standard programmes (Mac and PC) in the UK and Australia. I also possess strong pre-press and print production knowledge. I am looking to further my career in a creative environment that will allow me to build on my strong leadership skills, ideally involving both people and project management.
