About me
I'm Kate Bramhall, a passionate and experienced writer with a Master's in Creative Writing and a Bachelor's in English Literature and Journalism. My writing spans poetry, short stories, and articles, and I am deeply committed to using literature as a tool for change. In 2024, I was honored to win the New2TheScene national poetry competition, and my work has been longlisted for the Cambridge Short Story Prize and Dorset Fiction Award.
I've contributed regularly to publications like Inside Time and partnered with organizations such as The National Poetry Library, where I facilitated literary programs in over 35 prisons and probation settings across the UK. As a public speaker, I've had the privilege of presenting at events like the London Literature Festival, sharing my insights on the power of shared reading in transforming lives.
My writing is driven by a desire to connect, inspire, and engage. Whether through storytelling, creative workshops, or advocacy, I bring creativity and thoughtfulness to every project, ensuring my work resonates deeply with its audience. If you're looking for compelling content that speaks to the heart and mind, I'd love to help bring your vision to life.
