Having seen the job opportunity at Become Recruitment UK advertised on Creativepool, I would like to apply for Junior Events Coordinator role. The advertised job is very interesting and I am sure that my experience and educational background are relevant to successfully fulfill it. Currently I am looking for a next step in my career and a new role where I could develop my skills and knowledge. Moreover I am looking for a new challenges and opportunities. As you can see from my CV I have over four years of professional experience.
The knowledge of the events industry and solid education in MA Events Management let me successfully performed important roles. Besides of Events Management background I am highly educated also in Sports Promotion and Marketing. I have been working on projects that required knowledge of marketing, promotion, management, planning and budgeting. As an events professional I am very flexible and multitasking person. I work well as a leader and as a team member. Moreover I have interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills because I know that in events industry we are creating something that may be a lifetime memory for someone.
At the moment I am working as Events Supervisor at Will to Win Ltd. in Hyde Park, London. I am fully responsible for events organisation at the Centre. Besides of events management duties the role requires high level contacts with customers, staff management and day-to-day Centre duties.
As an Volunteer Coordinator during Wroclaw Trophy Football Tournament organized by Euro-Sportring I was responsible for the whole project, starting from creating a proposal, going through recruitment process and supervising activities on and off the field, and finishing on organising after party for volunteers and organizers. High level of professionalism let me work on both 2013 and 2015 editions. As a part of the team this year we grew up the numbers of teams who participated in this international tournament. It became also one of the most successful in Europe.
As a person who love sport I had a pleasure to work in Euro 2012 office prior to UEFA EURO 2012. I took an internship as a part of my Bachelor Degree. I was responsible for smooth running of the office and administration job. I was helping team members in their projects, creating presentations and supervising UEFA staff visits. Additionally I was a volunteer during several sporting and non-sporting events where I have gained a lot of experience of working at large scale events.
I believe that my experience, skills and motivation help me to hit the ground running, create unforgettable events and contribute to the business.
