Hi, I'm Kat! An Australian brand designer, illustrator, and surface pattern artist with 20 years of design experience and a serious love for bold ideas and colourful storytelling.

Through my studio, Little Black Kat Creative, I help businesses stand out with custom branding, playful illustration, and pattern designs that pack a punch. From logos and packaging to licensed artwork and digital illustrations, I bring personality to every project.

I've worked across a wide range of industries, but I have a soft spot for kids' brands, pet products, and businesses that aren't afraid to have a little fun with their visuals. Alongside client work, I license my artwork and surface pattern designs to product-based businesses and teach other designers how to build successful illustration careers through my courses and mentoring.
