About me

I am currently working as a customer service representative for Schawk. Schawk helps companies to create compelling and consistent brand experiences by providing integrated strategic and creative services across a specific brand. I am working with Coca-Cola and my main task is to handle the process of European projects. I am involved from the start of the project which would include speaking to the customer and meeting their requirements, then processing all administrative tasks and ensuring that the specific design is processed correctly and the deadline is met. I have developed good communication skills by dealing directly with customers on solving queries and problems that occur in each project. I also have developed a good knowledge of the print industry and how to deal with the changing requirements of customer needs through a development design project. This experience has been very beneficial to me as I look to move into a design role.

Throughout my degree I worked on live design projects with companies such as Jaguar. I have demonstrated flair and innovation to any new project and always completed my work to a high standard. Alongside my degree I did freelance work for Blink Solutions to gain design experience. I helped to create logos and web banners for various companies. Throughout my degree course and work experience I have used programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD programs like Solidworks, Alias studio and 3D Studio Max.

I am ambitious and feel I have the correct background and knowledge to now move into a design role to utilise my skills that I have developed. I believe my friendly nature, enthusiasm, customer focus and hardworking ethic will make me a valuable team member, if I were to be given the opportunity.
