About me
As an L&D professional I have designed blended learning with different digital media, using the Prepare, Input, Application and Forward plan model. Experienced public speaker on TV and radio, taking complicated briefs and communicating the key messages.
Managing L&D projects and building in evaluation for ROI, ROE, KirkPatrick, CIRO, Brinkerhoff and knowledge of TOTADO to look from different perspectives. Experience of managing a 60 strong 'Business Coach' team.
I am passionate about being an L&D professional and prove this with ongoing CPD, studying with CIPD. I confidently use technology and regularly research what can help with blended learning interventions.
