About me

After studying 3years of digital media with various modules in animation, video editing, script writing, audio production and web design; i can confidently say that my passion lies in interactive media and creating web-based solutions based on user experience and visual communication.

i like to immerse myself in the digital world, being up to date with current digital media.

I am very fortunate to have had experience in the design feild. I have worked in new york which allowed me to see the design industry at its most influential and experimental. working in the museum of modern art allowed me to gain sizable knowledge of design in both historic art and modern advances. also working in a production studio in soho gave me the experience of working in a team enviroment and see the day-to-day working of a company competing in the creative industry

At home in ireland I took the opportunity of working as a web designer for a music based goverment scheme called arts across boarders. this was a priceless experience in which i saw through the entire design process first hand, from design meetings with clients, structuring the design to suit the aim of the scheme, and communicating with my cleint as both a professional and a specialist.

My future career plans include moving indefinately from ireland to which i feel i have exhausted all avenues available to me, to a city like London which embraces creative individuals and is fast developing digital technologies. My limited but valuable experience as a rookie web designer has given me a ravanous appeite for this career path either as a freelance web designer but more appealing to me as a team member/leader in a young, lucriative, innovative, and exciting design studio.
