About me

I have recently completed a Masters in Photography at the University College for the Creative Arts. For the past seven years I have been studying and practising photography and its techniques.

My current job role as a Developing and Printing Manager involves working independently, running the lab and making sure all staff are working to meet deadlines and their responsibilities. It also involves working as part of a team to keep morale high and report back to my store manager and area manager. My duties consist of maintaining the machinery; this involves cleaning and changing the chemicals while making sure the machines are still in excellent working order to meet client's expectations. My other responsibilities are cashing up and banking, ordering stock and processing warehouse levels, exceptional communications skills with customers to guarantee outstanding customer service, and a profit orientated operative via a structural and lateral approach.

I am highly motivated and hard working. I am dedicated to the success of the business and have gained vast knowledge within the photographic/printing industry.

My main reason for finding a new job is to gather greater experience within the creative industry and I feel that my current job is no longer offering me the potential to improve my skills any further. I need the opportunity to move forward within a dedicated company and take the first step into my future career.
