About me

Having immigrated from South Africa where my previous position was
Advertising Manager I am looking to pursue a career within the creative
industry in the UK, I was head of an in house studio for over a year
and really enjoy that environment. As the Advertising Manger for
Wetherlys my key roles were to project manage the processes within the
advertising department, to maintain the budget and give creative
direction to the design team whilst preserving the integrity of the
brand across a variety of mediums including magazine, newspaper and
radio. I have an excellent working knowledge of Freehand and Photoshop
and have started on In Design, I and am more than able to take a job
from concept to completion and give direction to other designers when
needed. I have produced catalogs, flyers, magazine and newspaper
adverts, radio production, and large format banners, in store POS
material and have worked across many different mediums including web
and multimedia and have good knowledge in the relevant applications and
processes.
