Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to be considered for the UX Designer position you are offering. Thus, I am very intrigued to stand out with my skills and make an impact by creating interactions that offer engaging and meaningful experiences the users.

My research and design approach is to employ UCD methodologies to understand not only the users needs and motivations but also their emotions and desires in order to translated all these insights in a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

I am skilled at:

- Creating personas and user scenarios, user cases and user flows.

- Creating user screeners to recruit research participants.

- Conducting qualitative interviews and ethnography using a personal approach to help them tell stories and uncover their insights.

- Designing workshop research tools and probes in order to gather inspirational data.

- Conducting quantitative research using questionnaires.

- Categorizing and analyzing user behavior and attitudes.

- Analyzing data from early research stage by identifying patterns, themes and translate them into research and design outcomes.

- Creating sketches and diagrams to convey ideas and concepts

- Wireframing using Axure and Adobe creative Suite

- Prototyping and designing artifacts to evaluate research findings and conduct usability testing.

- Analyze the outcomes of usability ton enhance the product.

Currently, I am attending a MA course in Interaction Design Research, at Goldsmiths University of London, graduating in December. Although, I am new in the field of UX Design, I have a long experience in working with customers researching and identifying their needs in order to design spaces, products and services. However, the most important thing is that I am very passionate about UX Design, driven by my inner need and curiosity to explore people and discover their stories, feelings, needs, and motives in order to deliver the best possible design solution for them.
