About me
From a young age I have always been a creative person, I can remember whilst in primary school picking up elastic bands and other bits from the playground and arranging them to form some kind of mechanical toy.
I can even remember folding paper intensively to create space ships, this was before I knew about the art of origami, maybe it was predetermined that I would develop a method of design based on origami.
It is clear to me now I was always going to follow the designer/artists path, since my father is a practising artist and has been since he can remember, and my mother became a lecturer of art and design history.
I studied art, over music at GCSE level and at A-level I chose art and C.D.T. (Craft, Design and Technology), from this point in my life it was clear to me that I would study design to the end of education and that is what I have accomplished.
