About me

I am a highly experienced and versatile creative with a large variety of skills to offer. I am looking for a position where I can use my skills, knowledge and abilities to contribute positively to work. I am Macintosh literate, I have adapted my style of delivery from traditional media to digital, mixing them to suit the projects I am dealing with.

My software knowledge is Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightwave 3d (to do modelling ) Painter , and some Indesign and flash for the animation in conjunction with Illustrator

Most recently I have been working as a digital colourists for a range of clients from many different industries. I worked on a 122 page graphic novel called "Buskers" there I demonstrated the range and depth of my creative abilities. Working mainly with Photoshop I completed work to the highest level of finish and delivered both to time and on budget. Previously I have worked as a digital colourist for

companies such as Titan Books and Panini, working on storyboards and print work for clients such as Teenage Ninja Turtles, Action Man, Fosters Beer and McDonald. I have extensive experience with a wide range of computer programs and pride myself on my technical knowledge.

I have further developed my technical knowledge and my communication skills through various teaching positions at prestigious higher learning colleges including Westminster University and Richmond Adult Community College. In these roles I helped students to achieve their potential through providing a safe and constructive learning environment whilst delivering excellent teaching

in graphics and related technologies to students. This role was very challenging and developed my customer service abilities, skills I have found to be very important when liaising with clients. I mainly use Illustrator to do the majority of my designs and have combined it with Lightwave 3D to produce stunning visuals.

I think my varied experience within media mean that I am uniquely placed to offer real value to your company. Having an understanding of Illustration, film production, education and extensive experience as a digital colourist I can offer a different approach to creative solutions and my wealth of knowledge means that I can offer client focused solutions.
