About me
I'm a professional freelance copywriter who has been working with creatives, marketing and comms teams for many years.
My background is in financial services marketing, so I have a good grounding in simplifying complex messages. I spent 12 years working in the marketing departments of large well known insurance companies before going freelance in 2003. I'm based in Berkshire and work with companies from across the south of the country.
I'm an excellent technical copywriter who has written copy for a wide range of products including:
- Pensions: auto-enrolment, SIPPs and corporate
- Term assurance, critical illness and whole of life cover
- Investment bonds and capital protected products
- Private medical insurance
I write copy for both the consumer and intermediary markets.
