HelloCurrently I am an Traffic manager for a Williams Lea creative studio based in Royal Sun Alliance (RSA). RSA are the sole insurance underwriter for renowned brands including Ford, More Than, National Trust and Jaguar. As a result, I have played a pivotal role in winning various pitches for creative projects for these brandsMy current job entails managing a team of senior/ middleweight designers and large team of artworkers in India. With a large percentage of our work being off shored, it is vital for me to be well organised and possess excellent communication skills. I also have a good eye for detail which has helped ensure all work was completed to the highest standard. Within my role I am renowned for achieving tight deadlines and creating procedures that have drastically improved the overall running of the studio. My last two roles have given me the opportunity to implement new processes that have helped create a positive perception of using an in house studio and off shoring work. My creative background has provided me with confident presentation skills and in depth knowledge of design and print. I played an important part in winning creative projects such as the Fords 3 Rs campaign which is due launch this month.Financial reporting has also be a key skill I have acquired of the past 4 years of working in a trafficking role. I am responsible to producing monthly reports which are essential for forecasting and budgeting.My past work experience demonstrates that I am a hardworking individual that excels when working in a team but can also achieve great results when working alone. My senior position within the bank proved I was a trustworthy individual who is a quick learner.After 4 years in in-house management, I am ready to progress onto another company within a similar role or one in an agency that makes good use of my highlighted skills.
