About me
To Whom It May Concern:
Please find attached my C.V. for consideration for temporary vacancies. In addition to my strong administrative qualifications, I hope to offer my keen interest in marketing and design.
In my previous role as program assistant, I managed several professional development events, handling all logistical details, which included project-planning and budget reconciliation. Additionally, I carried out scheduling, created correspondence, completed research assignments, and performed the other broad responsibilities of an assistant in a close-knit organization. I was also one of three personnel handling phone calls for an office of twelve. Due to the structure of our staff, I was often called upon by executives other than my direct supervisors to revise press releases, and update our website, among other duties. I worked closely with the marketing department in coordinating large-scale recruiting efforts, and wrote summaries and status reports for the foundation's chairman. In working with the chairman's office, I also developed a working relationship with the staff of his art philanthropy, and grew familiar with their projects, such as helping to raise a new contemporary wing at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
I've also performed the duties of office manager at my prior organization. Notable accomplishments while in this role include the development of most system-wide protocols, the creation of reports and updates for the Chairman.
