About me

My name is Joshua Brent and i'm a UK based illustrator. I have over three years experience in illustration, working for various design studios and independent clients for advertising, marketing and educational purpose. My work has included illustrations for NHS Eastern Cheshire, BNP Paribas, and GMC Publications.

My strength in illustration lies in adaptability. I possess extensive knowledge of many techniques used in contemporary illustration, and I'm able to jump stylistically from vector to hand drawn projects. I 'm valued for my ability to adapt to the appropriate market in order to suit the client's needs.

Additional experience includes my illustrating for Young and Mosiac Films, both award winning animation studios. I am also experienced in storyboarding and 2D frame by frame flash animation.

My illustration background has given me strong insight into communication through image. I also have a notable eye for composition and colour.
