About me

I'm originally from Manchester although I've moved around quite a lot. I've been in the industry for over 6 years, first starting to shoot in 2014 whilst living in Cornwall, mainly producing event, festival, and music videos & images. This was a passion project and although things were moving steadily after two years I felt that I was lacking the practical experience to make the kind of mark that I wanted too.

I then got a job in Manchester at The Production Factory as a studio assistant where my responsibilities and industry knowledge grew exponentially. I started to liaise with experienced professionals and understand the business on a larger scale, I was assisting in studio, on location, and helping with the production team, set builds, and lighting setups/orders. During this time I was testing and shooting for smaller brands, one of my biggest achievements is my first location job shooting New York & Paris fashion week as well as several editorials in each city.

I've since been Assisting photographers and shooting intermittently for brands such as Simplybe and Fashion World as well as small, lesser-known brands.

On a personal level, I am always looking to understand new photographic techniques and styles. I am reliable and capable in fast-paced environments, and I always deliver results on time.
