About me
I am an MA graduate from the University of Glamorgan, where I achieved a distinction; my final film was a dramatic retelling of a piece of Welsh history, with a visual style influenced by things such as the Lewis Chessmen & Tartakovsky's Samurai Jack.
Since I completed my MA, I have worked on Toot the Tiny Tugboat at Clothcat in Cardiff, a major production for Channel 5 & S4C, as well as working on a number of freelance projects. In the past few years I have undertaken freelance work for clients including Cadw, Phoebe English Fashion (London), Cardigan Castle, Calon Productions, Droomweevers (Amsterdam), and Fishguard Arts Society.
I feel I would be an excellent candidate for the position because I am an accomplished 2D animator, who specialises in most other Adobe Suite programs. I also have a keen eye for character and background design, and am as comfortable with paper and pencil as I am with any computer programs.
