About me

For the past year I have been working for an Architects group producing marketing materials and presentations. Prior to this I spent 18 months working for a publishing company in Sittingbourne producing lifestyle magazines and web content. I also spent time as a freelance designer and 2yrs as an art/graphics teacher in a busy secondary school, now as a natural progression in my career development I am seeking to widen my experience, learn new skills, and embrace new challenges.

Key skills:

- Marketing materials, adverts, leaflets, flyers, displays and postcards.

- Presentations and accompanying materials to present to clients/colleagues on a one to

one or group basis.

- Illustrative graphics such as maps and diagrams for the insertion in publications

- Magazine/ Brochures, setting up master pages, creating proofs to pre-press.

- Logo design and corporate branding.

- Web design, designing sites and there ongoing mainteance, e-commerce i.e. on-line sales, and e-mail marketing.

Software applications: CS3 suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator Dreamweaver (CSS/html), also Quark Xpress 7 and Microsoft Powerpoint/Office.
