I believe I have the skills, attributes and enthusiasm to work successfully within this industry. I am computer literate and have excellent people skills, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. I respond well to change and can adapt my approach even during the busiest of times. As a confident person who has previous experience in sales and customer service, I feel I have the necessary skills to offer. I enjoy the opportunity of working to set targets and as a member of a team. I am able to relate to people at all levels, and work sensitively in a multicultural environment. I am a friendly and approachable person, who is always willing to lend a helpful hand to customers and colleagues.
Currently working for Ladbrokes Limited as a part-time evening cashier, but during this time I have completed Level II. Eventually gain a Microsoft / CISCO certification Systems Administration.
