About me

Cover Letter/About myself;

I am a highly experienced newspaper and broadcast journalist, author and copywriter. I am based in London and have recently worked with a wide range of organisations in a number of different areas, from B2C magazine editing and writing to developing social media strategies and revamping the on-line presence of a major UK café and restaurant chain.

I have excellent interpersonal skills, work well with a team and can quickly read into a role and provide innovative ideas and solutions. My initial training and experience was in news and feature writing for national daily newspapers. This gave me strong discipline and a solid grounding in being accurate, engaging, quick and to the point.

My main strengths - and what I believe makes me stand out - is an eye for innovation, for unique and engaging ways of crafting a story.
