About me

Leading R/GA's offices in Argentina and Chile, Josefina oversees creative work while also driving business growth in Spanish-speaking markets across Latin America. Her leadership fosters collaboration among regional teams and upholds R/GA's values and culture.

With over 20 years in the industry, Josefina joined R/GA in 2018 as Creative Director, ascending later to Group Creative Director. In 2022, she became Executive Creative Director for the Spanish-speaking LATAM region, one year later promoted to Vice President of Executive Creative Director, and eventually to General Manager in 2024.

Josefina has served as President of the Jury at various regional and local award shows, including El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Diente, +Digital, Desachate (Uruguay), and IAB Uruguay. She has also been a jury member at prestigious international awards such as Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, ANDY Awards, ADC Awards, El Sol, Gerety Awards, and Lisbon International Advertising Festival.
