Hi,

My name is Joris Jeursen, I was born in The Netherlands in 1987 and grew up in Belgium. From an early age, my fascination with video and photography has been a constant thread in my life. What began as a keen interest has evolved into a dedicated hobby and enduring passion that persists to this day.
Video production and photography evolved from a hobby into a freelance job when I moved to Ghent in
2020. There I started doing concert photography, created album artwork, shot press photos and promotional videos for professional musicians. One of my largest projects so far was shooting a short documentary that offers a behind-the-scenes look into the album recording process of a Belgian band and showcases my skill in visual storytelling. Additionally, I have created social-first marketing videos for commercial companies.
I have experience with collaborative projects, teaming up with graphic designers and other creative professionals. I am good in connecting with all sorts of clients, ranging from musicians to commercial enterprises.

Currently I am based in Falmouth, possess a valid UK residence permit and the legal right to work in the UK.
