About me

Dear sir/madam,

Since I graduated in 2017 I am working. I started in Teleperformance Portugal and worked in a Customer Care Team. Here I developed good communication skills and to work toward targets. After that I worked in Callexcell Maastricht for Nespresso. Here I did my first outbound/outreaching to customers of Nespresso and to promote the products and make orders for them by phone or email. I learned how to negotiate and get them to agree to order products.

I would like to focus more in a Sales related job, because in my opinion it feels right that you earn for the amount of results that you deliver.
