With a passion for words and improving customer journeys, I have experience in online product copywriting, copy-editing and proofreading. Striking a balance between customer-friendly and SEO-optimized copy has been a key interest for me. I've taken in-house SEO training courses as well as copywriting courses with eConsultancy. My approach to copywriting is to get the message across concisely and effectively whilst establishing and maintaining a brand tone of voice.
