ABOUT

Orbital is a UK cyber security consultancy helping organisations assess, secure, and mature their digital infrastructure through strategic research and consultancy. We partnered with the team to create a bold, human-first visual identity designed to attract the right clients, talent, and partnerships in an increasingly crowded cyber security market.

The challenge was to move beyond the cold, technical aesthetics often associated with cyber security branding and create a brand that felt intelligent, confident, and deeply people-focused. Inspired by the idea of “orbital” — that every business exists within its own ecosystem of stories, interactions, and experiences — we developed a dynamic identity system built from layered imagery, digital moments, photography, and procedurally generated patterns that capture the richness of modern digital life.

The result is a flexible, digital-first brand identity that feels as confident and irreverent as the technology behind it. Designed with motion and dynamic content at its core, the system was created to perform seamlessly across web, social, presentations, and editorial applications while maintaining a strong and recognisable visual language.

Alongside the identity, we delivered a new website, presentation decks, credentials documents, and social assets that clearly communicate Orbital’ research-led and people-first approach to cyber security consultancy. The refreshed brand elevates Orbital beyond conventional security industry aesthetics, positioning the company as a forward-thinking consultancy prepared to grow into new markets while reinforcing trust, intelligence, and security at every interaction.
